He's clearly the most capable candidate......however, he would be opposed for tribal reasons.
At this stage of Somali political development the country needs an Abgaal president.
Mogadishu security will drastically improve and the fight against shabaab can be taken to the regions.
Perhaps in the future Kheyre can become president....just not now.
