18 months no payment claims seem too absurd to believe. Somalis like exaggeration so maybe payment has been unreasonably delayed but for a period way less than 18 months.

Regardless footage of Govt troops protesting N&N and defying Amisom troops is very bad PR for Farmaajo and Kheyre. Especially because they've relied heavy on strong army behind its leaders propaganda and overall carefully crafted PR work. N&N has taken many PR losses since Dec last year including

(4) Ethiopian reckless violent activity causing much backlash
(5) Kheyre led Qatar backed Hobyo port project has been replaced by HG clan project. Lost all PR gains there. Qoor Qoor not a N&N yes man as planned with Fiqi given much power.
(6) Abgaal unukaa leh Xamar drive has strengthened greatly. Far noiser now backed by increased rational arguments. Protests in Xamar. N&N increasingly being seen as beefing with shacabka Xamar
(7) Muuse Biixi embarrasing dowlada at recent meeting & Farmaajo excluding SSC rep inclusion. Major PR losses.

Even some prominent N&N bot accounts have gone at N&N. Some have split. Ugly times. Will Kheyre ditch Farmaajo-Siyaad before election time? Interesting times ahead.
