we revealed about Farmaajo being forced to give up on kushabasho aka 1p1v option and accepting the option of the mp getting voted by a larger number of people now he suggests the model winner takes all seats because of only winning 51% of the votes.

the mjs want to use a system based on the 18 gobol sadbursi where the mps will represent their gobolo in equal number and then the subclan who has more degmos will get more mps. Shaxda PL is explained inthis link but it doesnt include banaadir they want it to be based on 4.5!
