I've watched Kheyre's resignation video. His emotion didn't seem genuine, he was making many eye movements like he was reading teleprompter, and didn't seem like he was surprised or shocked. Which leads me to think it was a calculated project in which Kheyre was a participant, sacrificing his position for the project.
