The central government of Somalia should not give so called Puntland a single penny/cent from not just oil proceeds but also from other sources of revenue. This, along with a economic and travel blockade slapped on them, should be carried out by Mogadishu until the renegade tribal fiefdom that's a plaything for Dhabayaco accepts the authority and supremacy of the federal government

That is the logical way of how things should be. Natural resources should be fully under the federal government and what ever money comes from it should be shared with everyone but than as Mudulood we are learning the hard way that others want to eat their cake alone and than eat our cake with us.
