Did Said Maaye killed a Somali Uber driver in a hit a run last night ?

There are rumors that the Somali Uber driver killed the other night in a hit and run in Minneapolis, was did by Said Maye, and that he escaped to Mexico. the guy who run for city council and park board and many other political positions in Minnesota, and that he all lost them.
