Look at Abridashid Shuaa facebook video, there you cam see clearly, out of the city, on the hill of the police camp, first shots were fired from the ground by gunmen mixed with civilians,and hitting the hills toward the Liyu. The deal reached between the elders of both sides and Cagjar government.

The deal infact was not justified as they gave more land belonging to Adan Kheyre to Sheikhal which is Salaxad and didn't belong to Sheikhal at all and then they and created a border.Since Sheikhal know that Cagjar is weakling they decided to provoke Liyu Polis as they know he wouldn't act.

Sheikhal war in Salaxad started in Ramadhan where they attacked adan Kheyre( duq bilow subclan) sertlements and killed scores of people.Its only after reer cabdile intervened( malinguur) and wanted to karbash Sheikhal that the Cagjar govt intervened.During Ramadhan Sheikhal wanted to use the rainy season to ethnic cleanse Adan Kheyr from the entire region and displace other small reer cabdile clans like shishoore etc.Sheikhal were so confident that they called the reer cabdile elders and told them to be prepared as they would attack them the following day which the elders told them why not attack that day, and which was during Ramadan unfortunatly.When they attacked the civilian Ogaden civilains
