How come I don't see yours truly's clan, beesha Habar Kuuley, on the list. This puts the legitimacy of both houses into question because a major Skinny clan, my own, was left out and thus rendered sans representation in the upcoming government.

I hereby call on the beesha caalamka to put on hold the certification of the upcoming parliament until the blatant unjust treatment of the noble Habar Kuuley clan is rectified, and beesha is afforded an adequate and fair representation.

I find it disturbing that you are mad at me because I called your thinking ignorant for believing that 4.5 could be changed by Farmaajo.

When in THIS VERY TOPIC you display even worse ignorance.

DO YOU SEE THAT LIST?

Dude, listen. Very. Very. Very carefully.

1. The numbers = diversity or "wadalahaansho" spheres of influence.

2. The more diversity = The LESS the acknowledgement that the sphere of influence is dominated by a single clan.

3. The LESS diversity = THE GREATER THE ACKNOWLEDGMENT THERE IS A DOMINATING FACTOR IN THE SPHERE OF INFLUENCE

LAHAANSHO VS. WADA LAHAANSHO

My God the ignorance is rotting to the core.

THIS IS WHAT THIS GUY SAHAL DOESN'T UNDERSTAND LAA ILAAHA.

WHEN TRANSITIONING FROM 4.5 TO CONSTITUENT DEEGAAN... THESE ARE WHAT THE SOMALI STAKEHOLDERS HAVE AGREED UPON AS "XAQ U LEEYIHIIN" TO PARTICIPATE.

THE "TWO" TOWNS REPRESENT SPHERES OF INFLUENCE

FOR EXAMPLE
1. BARAWE FOR DIGIL AND BAYDHABO FOR MIRIFLE IN BAY AND BAKOOL

2. GARBO FOR UPPER JUBBA/GEDO AND KISMAAYO FOR LOWER JUBBA.

SO AFTER 4.5, WHEN SEATS ARE DONE BY POPULATION

RIGHT NOW GEDO IS ESTIMATED EQUAL TO OR ABOUT THE SAME POP AS LOWER AND MIDDLE JUBBA COMBINED.

SO IN POST 4.5, IF FOR EXAMPLE

GEDO 30 SEATS FOR POPULATION AND LOWER GOT 30 SEATS AND EACH REGION GOT 10 SENATORS

GEDO CONSTITUENCY PARTICIPATING IS... BASICALLY MAREHAN (AND SOME LUUQ NEIGHBORS WHO HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE OF COURSE)

WHILE THE SAME NUMBERNOF SEATS BEING CONTEST IN LOWER JUBBA IS...BETWEEN 30 DIFFERENT COMMUNITIES

HOW IS SAHAL THIS SLOW? SERIOUSLY MAN. STOP CARING ABOUT VOLTAGE BECAUSE YOU DON'T EVEN SEE WHAT IS REALLY HAPPENING. :eat:

DUDE, THAT'S ADVANTAGEOUS FOR PUNTLAND.

LESS "WADA LAHAANSHO" OR COMPETITION FOR POST-4.5

IRONICALLY, THIS IS LITERALLY THE END OF THE USC NARRATIVE.

SEE HOW PUBLIC PERCEPTION IS QUITE LITERALLY NO LONGER RELEVANT AFTER SOMALIS HAD TO SIT DOWN AND FACE EACH OTHER.

GALMUDUG POST 4.5 PARLIAMENTARY SEATS WILL REFLECT THE TRUE DIVERSITY NOT THE PERCEPTION KEPT INCREASINGLY DIFFICULT TO KEEP ALIVE FROM 1991.

ONLY 20% of GALMUDUG IS SETTLED, 80% IS SAND AND THE 20% IS VERY DIVERSE.

To be honest, the scale always re-centers itself the Chinese always say.

Gedo or really Upper Jubba is what it has always been, the most singular clan dominated area of Somalia south of Somaliland and Galmudug is actually one of the most diverse when no longer relying on Dahir Calasow propaganda

KKK brother Voltage, you can call diversity all you want, but when we HG have the Presidency, The Capital and the Port than in all facts shows that Galmudug is dominated heavily by single clan HG, the rest are just raaciye to beautify Galmudug as a progressive state

A for Gedo its just another back-water region of Jubaland, the real powers reside in Jubooyinka as stated in JL dastsuur and again its an Heavily dominated by 1 clan Kablalaxs as they have Presidency, capital and port under their hand.

Kees,

I am very intimately aware of Habar Gidir and the practicality of the choices before them.

If you are not quick enough to catch the wisdom behind that statement, then I might as well just be blunt. I literally used the word "Kees" to simply facilitate a reason for bringing in Galmudug into the convo.

That opportunistic strategy was predicated on the mere fact you claim HG. Whether you are or aren't or need to respond at all was irrelevant. :D

Thanks for your input though. Reminds me of what I said to Sahal and Mahadalle about the Ahlu Sunnah Prime Minister moment. Cheap looks shiny when sale is of quality. :)

To be honest, I would choose 3 Dalxas or Jeesoows than the 17 we have now.

We want to be apportioned equally or favorably but Marehan's SINGLE BIGGEST TASK now should be getting Representatives who actually Representatives.

If Marehan had 0 Senators or only Fartaag, what's the difference?

yes their deegaan doorasho is south GLK Galmudug therefore they r part of Galmudug.

Absame and Harti deegaan doorasho Kismaayo. some folks are detached from reality claiming bay&bakool when current gedo has 16 mps who r mainly one subclan looool Farmaajo signed that Daaroods who have matalaad in Kismaayo are Absame and harti. we r talking here matalaad IN EACH CITY not states. i have metelaad in Baledweyne but not in Jowhar though we are the Same state and live in Jowhar. we want to have more matalaad in Hiiraan where the big stakes are but for JL the big stakes are in Kismaayo. look Gaaljecel have 4 in Hiiraan and they r the ones who leading the rest.

ever since my "somalia is build on falsehood thread" sahal has been on a crusade of nin iska dhici. anyway this actually proofs my point. as long as 4.5 is in somalia, somalia will not move forward but at the end of the day when amisom leaves it will come to down to the following

1) strength
2) land
3) population

alhamdulilah i have the most in all 3 in kismaayo. i am happy marehan MP's will be elected in Gedo and in 2025 if 1m1v is done i will get more seats in kismaayo and galmudug

:blessed:

i am always pro 1m1v, while some clans are against 1m1v i wonder why

while you looking at kismaayo hawiye got 1 in jubbaland (gaaljecel the rest i don't consider hawiye) and hawiye got zero in southwest state

Dhuuso.com. 3 mps from KG. Wadalaan, Wacdaan Cismaan and Silcis gorgaarte.
Mudulood got 15 mps currently. Without Banaadir. When Banaadir is added another atleast 6mps
