what's the plan now for those who put all their chips on farmaajo?

Post by Caytame »

It's increasingly looking like he's done, no matter how you flip it.
if he holds a free and fair elections, removes his spies from the committee list, hands gedo over, and he definitely loses.
if he doesn't hold election, and febr 8th rolls around, he's no longer a president and wields no more power than me writing this.
His fate is done.

what I am more interested in is what becomes of those who have placed all their hopes on him? What will you do now? Serious question?
Knowing them, if they were given the last 4 years back, they'd probably make the same mistakes.

lessons 1: back ideas, not men.
lessons 2: if you must strike, be sure to not miss.
lessons 3: have plan B,C,D,....Z.

Somalia's politics is very unpredictable, it's a zero sum game looking for short gains.

Any leader whether mucaarad or muxaafad should look at long term gains and start reconciliation efforts, in the game of ii jiid an ku jiido nobody wins.

Ogadens need to bring new face in their leadership role and then start reconciliation if they want Jubaland to remain one and intact, this is my honest opinion to you Jebertis who keep bringing foreigners to your squabbles.

It's over for ilkoyar, no one will trust them anymore. Others will think of them as destructive savages who don't know how to govern

Rumor has it, darood kursi will rotate between MJs and OGs in the future, both also hold the two darood states in the country.
4 years they had, 4 years to form alliances, make friends with the right people, play politics to cement their power and gain more power, and they did those things in reverse.

After farmaajo is gone, someone should write a book about his time and title it: "how to sabotage your chances of reelection" lol

It wouldn't be surprising if this rumour is true, with JL looking set to have continued Ogaden leadership then surely at the federal level OG should be ahead of MX within the Darod political ladder logically. Surely it makes sense for a beel to have more national influence if it rules a federated state than a reer that doesn't rule a FMS
Farmajo truly blew it for his family no doubt what an idiot
