A way of life (warlordism, profiteering from lawlessness, anarchy, endemic corruption, etc) that lasted a few decades is coming to an end; that's why elements of mucaaradka are fighting for their livelihood.Do you know what the true fear is amongst the opposition (Madasha, Ahmed Madoobe, Deni, etc) apart from Farmaajo getting re-elected? I feel like they know that they do not have the public support they need to challenge Farmaajo's administration. Farmaajo has won the hearts and minds of millions of Somalis. Yes, there are hundreds of thousands of Somalis that are anti-Farmaajo, but I genuinely believe he has MORE support than adversaries amongst the Somali public.

If , indeed, it is as you say, and the masses are, in fact, more pro-Farmaajo than the so called opposition, then I must admit, we, Skinnies, have come a long way on our quest towards full political maturity.Do you know what the true fear is amongst the opposition (Madasha, Ahmed Madoobe, Deni, etc) apart from Farmaajo getting re-elected? It was a UAE sponsored coup attempt. Did you forget their concern? They choose violence by attempting to overthrow the legitimate govt.So putting bullets through a crowd of civilians and former president and prime ministers, doesn’t outrage you but the arrest of a young journalist outrageous you name calling Deni “dictator, Fatboy” etc
Well said.Do you know what the true fear is amongst the opposition (Madasha, Ahmed Madoobe, Deni, etc) apart from Farmaajo getting re-elected?
