Deni is allegedly the "President of Puntland." What is Puntland? Puntland is a regional state within Somalia. What districts or states consist within Puntland? Puntland consists of northern half of Mudug, Nugaal, Bari, Eastern Sanaag, Sool and Buuhoodle district.

Does Puntland control Sool? NO.
Does Puntland control Eastern Sanaag? Off and On. No real control whatsoever.
Does Puntland control Buuhoodle district? No.
The only areas Deni controls are Bari, Nugaal and northern Mudug.

Yet, Deni has the audacity to talk about the political situation in Jubbaland. He has the audacity to demand Gedo's political direction. Now, he wants to force the Federal Government to dismiss a non-Puntlander commander in the Federal Army? This guy is trolling his own Puntlanders, let alone the Federal Government.

Good points, but he has the Title of it.
I doubt Farmaajo's administration ever brought up the points I mentioned. If these points were pointed out by Farmaajo's team in any and all negotiations and IF Farmaajo's PR team mentioned it to the public, it would make Deni look like a buffoon if he uttered anything relating to Jubbaland. Start the conversation regarding Puntland's internal disunity and lack of control then Deni would shut up. You would not hear another peep.
