Deni isn't the real power of Puntland. He answers to another man and that man happens to be Hassan Sheikh. Hassan Shiekh is the go-to-man for the Itisaam organization and Deni comes directly under Hassan Shiekh.

Nabad iyo Nolol political organization vs Itisaam political organization.
