Literally, Kenya failed because they tried to sideline Marehan. 10 year effort FAILED.

Postby Voltage » Thu Feb 25, 2021 2:30 pm

Just think about this.

  • 1. Ethiopia invaded ONLY Gedo Region---throughout the entire civil war in the 90's. Ethiopia invaded in 1996 and withdrew in 2001 without gaining control over the Administration.

  • 2. We now know the British gave the entire territory of Jubbaland to Italy---- after the failure of the "Marehan Offensive" which tried to disarm Marehan. They ceded the territory to "remove" them instead from the rest of Kenya Colony.

Now Kenya spent 10 years rearing this Jubaland bufferzone and instead of learning from history, repeated the same mistake.

Today all legitimacy is over for Jubbaland as it exists. Kenya has self-destructed her name, reputation, and her standing in Somalia, the region, and internationally as it relates to her place in the region as a positive force.

And instead of encouraging good intention in Somalia to allow for mediation in the Ocean Case, Kenya has hardened our hearts and minds radically against any desire to talk.

Was it worth it Kenya?

This election will happen sooner or latter, but when it is over history will say Kenya had already lost an entire 10 years long effort and objectives by now.

And she lost it because the expediency of a temporary moment in time misled her to repeat the same historical mistake of trying to sideline Marehan in Jubbaland.

Kenya, you should have learned from all the British Intelligence Reports you inherited at Independence.

Ethiopia invaded Gedo region in 1994 because they were allowed passage by the Jaajuus Murtad Ina Massale led SNF. We know the history of Jubaland; only tribe recorded of fighting the British colonizers were Ogaden from Kismayo to Serinley. Kenya doesn’t have time to be fighting a small irrelevant minority living in Northern Gedo. You have your priorities messed up Ilkayarow.

Ethiopia "invaded" gedo. You also said in the same sentence "they were allowed passage". Do you know what invade means?
How can a leader of "a small irrelevant minority clan living in northern gedo" as you say deny or allow Ethiopia, nation of 100 million with hundreds of thousands of troops entry into any part of civil war somalia. :Puhlease: "We know", whose we? If you're included with them, i doubt they know much history. :)

Seriously man, are you reading what you write? At least even if it's complete lies, make it logical and don't contradict yourself in every sentence.

Uhuru should be renamed client 13173
invoices from Alcogal to the bank show that the Swiss advisers referred to the Kenyattas with the code "client 13173"

not sure if this is true. but i heard some souther units of SNA literally walked unchallenged through NFD to southern Ethiopia en route to engaging ENDF :troll: but don't mind me. i like foreign interventions more than American neoconservative thought leader Bolton :mindblown: Somaliland noninterventionism :pacspit:
