Frustration isn't a compelling reason to hope success for Kenya. Cite 2-3 compelling reasons.I hope Kenya wins this will frustrate all hopes for walanweyn

What happened to Abdulqawi? Did his term end as the Chief Justice? I heard the new one is an AmericanWe got this, it's clear to anyone that Kenya is attempting to nab territory rightfully belonging to Somalia, nonetheless hope for the best prepare for the worst.
Yeah, his term ended, but I wouldn't necessarily say this is a bad thing. If he was still serving his term, Kenya upon losing the case would cite the ICJ not being impartial to both parties as reason for further dragging the matter out. In fact I'm pretty sure they tried that talking point in 2019, I consider it a blessing in disguise. What happened to Abdulqawi? Did his term end as the Chief Justice?
