Someone Explain To Me Ethiopian Politics: Tigray Conflict

Postby Murax » Thu Mar 04, 2021 11:00 am

First of all with media I believe the verse if a Faasiq omes to you with noise, verify. The media are fusaaq

But anyways trying to process it from my geeljire mind, media reports, Isias Afwerki, Eritrean Army are chimping out, doing all out Xasuuq on their Tol Tigrenians for the sake of Amhara? :wtf:

That doesn’t make a lick of sense to me but someone explain :lupe:

Murax, the years TPLF were at the helm they used Ethiopian forces against Eriteria for land-grab reasons. It is well known fact that, Ethiopians in general, loathed Eriteria for their seccession. The TPLF, being at the helm then, used these tactics as a weapon and started their offensive, killing, destroying villages, rape, you name it.

At that time Eriteria were "johny no mate" situation, but they bite the bullet and fought hardly against 100m Ethiopians led by TPLF.
Now the tables have turned and it is payback time.

Okay thanks for the explanation. I guess it seems Abiey Ahmed has given up all Ethiopian ambitions for recapturing Eritrea, and has probably reversed the land grab gains previously seized by Ethiopia?

Murax, for the time being, but it will be thorn issue in the future. Amharas are biding their time, once they get back to power the land dispute will resurface again.

I admire the Eritreans for their strict discipline and unity. Somalis in Ethiopia could do the same but, with the traitors within us, I highly doubt we will see the success similar to theirs; unless, of course, a drastic change is made.

Eritrea better watch her back as the Amharas may want to invade and overthrow Isaias in the name of democracy and then afterwards unofficially annex Eritrea
