Saddam-

As Allah (SWT) is above me my position on this circumstance isn't informed by "Garbahaarey."

PO is my blood right there and our positions are as different as mine and Grandpa's.

In fact, wallahul cadiim my position is not informed by anything Marehan related at all---whether against it from a Garbahaarey perspective or whether, as Grandpa, is arguing, supporting it for Marehan net positive.

My issue is not even with a CLAN or region point of view.

My Position Ironically is MAREEXAAN HALA EDBIYO even if 100% of them stand in front of him to protect him.

For you see Saddam, my argument is with "Government" and the "President" in particular.

1. Did Farmaajo not start accountability with Sh Shakir and Mansuur when they engaged in amar diid?
2. Did Janan not engage in amar diiid since that accountability and in fact even 2X waged battle?

That is literally enough to say treating Janan differently waa xaaraan.

Closed. Zip. 🔐.

Law and order is equal justice under the law.

This is not in the interest of Governance, it is not in the interest of Somalia, and wallahi it is not in the interest of Marehan.

Saying bismillah before you eat pork loins resulta in nothing more than having eaten pork loins.

Tomorrow when the next President is giving you a different treatment to the one his community is lobbying him for----you started the Custom for the injustice that befalls you.

I would also like to add that what I am talking about is bringing him to cadaalad. We should all be equal before justce.

If Janan was not caught in fighting and has come in on his own dragging goods---then let that inform his case, let that contribute to his plea bargain, let that factor in how Justice rules, including even if it rehabilitates his case.

What I disagree with is the fanfare and the presumption he has merited favor above judgement.

Once you cross justice, no one should be above it's judgement.

That is what Farmaajo started and even the PRESIDENT himself must be protected from damaging what he started for Somalia.

Janan is a killer no doubt and I agree with you. But realistically this is Somalia. And hypocrisy is king bro. You’re morally right. Sadly, that’s not a Farmaajo thing or Somali politicians in general bro.
