Do you know what's 1M1V actually? It means all citizens are COUNTED and REGISTERED to vote peacefully in all cities, towns, and villages of the country peacefully. It means several political parties are established in all regions with physical locations and supporters.

People can't travel with cars within most towns of the South because of security. Yet you want us to believe a credible 1M1V can happen in one or two years.
