THE JUSTICE SYSTEM HAS ABDICATED CONSTITUTIONAL RESPONSIBILITY. WHERE IS THE JUSTICE SYSTEM?

Postby Gubbet » Sun Apr 25, 2021 12:41 pm

I am not one of those people who think the Sahan/Rashid Abdi/Bryden legal proceedings are a joke.

I think a State has vested interest in legal remedies for the egregious conduct shown by these men. 1/10 of the conduct they have shown would not be acceptable in any developed nation on earth.

I am not even talking about stuff like potentially having orchestrated the Tigray Somali soldiers disinformation. That was egregious, but people lie about governments and states all the time.

I am talking about some of the information that I have seen that comes out of them with such impunity where there is real and credible discretionary State prerogative---it is literally Wikileakesque. Jullian Assange was holed up in that embassy for years for a reason.

And yet, the Sahan case is virtually a puddle to the rainstorm that is acts of Lawlessness like rogue, criminal elements attacking State institutions and disturbing the peace in an insurrection no less.

Where is the Justice System?

Why haven't they spoken up and charged Indhacade on the eve of February 19th and why have they not responded since to any act of national incitement, insurrection, and lawlessness?

A government and order isn't a President or any other entity or personalities.

It is LAW & ORDER.

LAW.

AND ORDER.

The Law has been silent for too long and need 🚫 be silent a second more.

30 years of continuous strife after we have seen what clan based attack on the State has yielded----for a non-State actor not at war with the government (like Shabab) to mobilize itself on a clan basis and dare attack the State---

---If this Government and the Law DOES NOT respond to this with the level of seriousness it requires, then shut the whole FARCE down now because the project of governance will have just died on your watch.

There must be a Law and Order based response mobilized at every level of Government, Federal as well as Benadir Regional, that sets a "PRECEDENT" that becomes a deterrence to any future attempt at such an insurrection.

The actions that just took place COMPEL it.

Saddam, I am confused by your statement considering my position has been consistent on Rule of Law issues and virtually not much ever changed with any of my positions.

Please recall even my response to Janan, when I was the only MX on here refusing to budge on the nature of Law and Order.
