Saddam-
There is a lot of truth in what you said (for instance that the foreign policy of a nation is guided iby nterest first and formost---basically no one is in Somalia entirely motivated by charity), but what makes those truths altogether incapable of uniting to form the conclusion you did is the presence of a FALSE ASSUMPTION we Somalis are under because of our inability to see OUR OWN CONTRADICTION.
Our own contradiction ;
Heaven can't tell me NOT to destroy Somalia if I feel my clan's interests are at stake.
Saddam, there was an element of jest, but the number of times you essentially predicted recently that you are going to wage war against any governments that come deemed to be pro-Madoobe or against Marehan interests was cardinal truth.
I would wage war against them too---and so would Murax. Essentially, fock "Somalia's" interests and who ever is eating if it comes at the something we feel is at the EXPENSE of Marehan. I could give two hoots what "Somalia" even is as a matter of fact in that situation.
BURN IT ALL.It's not like we were eating anways.
So taking this understanding of OUR OWN CONTRADICTION into consideration, let's go back and look at the FLASE ASSUMPTION hiding in your post
The false assumption;
"Someone" has to tell Somalis to destroy Somalia.
No Saddam, no "one" has to tell Somalis to destroy Somalia.
No one has to "tell" Sahal to destroy Somalia. No one has to "tell" us to destroy Somalia.
He is doing it because his clan's interests are at stake as he sees it and we would do no less if not more if we were in the opposition and felt as he needed.
Let's separate the pebbles from the sand. Sure there's some sand stuck to the rock, but that's because of the presence of a little bit of moisture---it is not because pebbles stick to sand.
The world isn't in Somalia for just "charity," but that doesn t mean our situation and state is caused by nything to do with multilateralism and world order.
The problem at the heart is lack of resources and as you know I am not entirely convinced Somalia even has commercial prospects of minerals and oul as we sometimes like to imagine.
In combination with climate change, I think there is a need to understand just how precarious Somalia's situation is and even be grateful to the fact the world IS showing admirable dedication to allievating some of the negative effects of what is going on.
I think Somalia's LIKELIEST path to success is being a Singapore or Taiwan than a Saudi Arabia or Qatar.
Read that as a person is MORE LIKELIER to become a Doctor than an NBA player.
Somalia has been searched for 80 years now and there has beem nothing to show for it. No single memorable discovery.
Conversely, Somalia can galvanize the entire society, work on revamping education and produce a a transformational tech literate society that can easily join the information economy in one generation like Taiwan and Singapore.
This is the most likeliest and realistic path to success for Somalia.
