We want J/L to be an inclusive state where the rights of all people are respected.....especially the minority/oppressed groups.

Recently you were opposing a bridge development in Hiiraan because it didn't suit your clans interest.
Now you saying the other " minority " clans don't spend or develop their regions.

What you are trying to do is make official the " Gentleman's Agreement ", which basically excluded the other 14 clans in Beletweyne/Hiiraan from exercising their political rights.

Somalia is not some first world country with a fully functioning democracy. If Europe doesn't have non white rulers then no one should expect a minority clan to rule either all of Somalia or even a single federal member state
