I think there is a lot of misconception regarding election security.
if we look back at 2016 for example the election security -- picking MP'S not President was the sole duty of the FMS, today it is shared.
in 2016 there where no observers, you literally had madoobe put guns on the elders heads and threaten them to pick his choice.
in 2016 there was suppose to be 51 people vote for each MP, but that never happened Madoobe re-used the same people over and over again and a lot of the times the numbers did not even reach 51.
the 2021 election will be the most transparent election in somali history. Madoobe will no longer be able to reuse the same 101 men for multiple seats. Madoobe wont be able to threaten 101 people because in the same building SNA who take orders from PM Rooble will also be there.
A free selection of MP'S without the use of force affects Madoobe and Deni. Madoobe does not have the means to bribe 101 men * 27 and it will be very difficult for Madoobe or Deni to find thousands of marehan or dhulbahante who support them without being threatened.
