Yes, instead of two locations where voting takes place, Mdoobe is pressing to expedite the handover of Garbahareey to him. Mooge went mad after the announcement of the Kismaayo Conference. Rooble called Madobe to tell him that he was coming as part of his visits to the FMS and then The latter told him; "Wait, why don't we organize a conference in Kismayo where you invite ever president ?" Could you imagine Cusman Maxamud propping up a 'government' mandated and backed by family ties in Puntland while relying on foreign support against Cisse/Cumar Maxamud, Dhulbahante, Warsengali, Leelkase and all the other clans while claiming to be a legitimate form of governance? You ever seen little small kids with their parentsnat a Bank? Sometimes the parent might be getting a home loan or some very important business and the parent has to sign a legal contract.

Bruh I'm not totally sure where ur going ur comparison but would work better if u used rer Khalaf, Abdila or Bi'idyahan from Etopia region leading Pland compared to Madobe leading Jubaland. Not that Madobe is good or bad
