The Election talks are finished, Farmaajo quite literally won on all the major points;

1. It is still 2 Locations per Fed State.
2. Garbahaarey is still the other location in Jubbaland.
3. His Election Committee plus the leadership is still in place.
4. SNA is still in Gedo Region.
5. The Regional Administration is still the one named by him.
6. All 6 District Administrations are still entirely named within the region.

Just that is enough to say every single thing that happened since last December is a failure.

A total and complete failure.

EVERY SINGLE MAJOR POINT STANDS WITHIN THE RED LINE DRAWN BY FARMAAJO LAST DECEMBER.

On top of that, he brought in Janan and 500 boys with 30 battlewagons in so not only has he completely consolidated everything between Bu'aale to the Ethiopian border, but except for the port of Kismaayo where the KDF garrison is hibernating until the looming insecurity in Kenya calls them back, the only two relevant powers facing each other in Jubbaland are Farmaajo and Al Shabaab.
