Faqash (formerly Daarod ) 30
Huutus (known as H
awiye at the time) 30
Iidoor who, back in those days, went by Isaaq 30
Eelaays ( under Raxanweyn umbrella) 20
Others (today affectionately referred to as .5) 13

Those are the 1960 MP allocations according to the data available at the Skinny National Archives (SNA).

Highly unlikely Isaaq had those numbers since all MPs from Somaliland were 33 (USP which was an alliance btw Dhulbahante, Warsangali and Gudabiirsi won 12 seats out of 33)
Darood I guess 40, Hawiye very close to that and the rest got the remaining seats.

4.5 and now the senate is really f-king with me lately, we must never allow the system to benefit any specific clan, the system must always be based on or at least work towards real population of a constituency.

A preliminary way of doing that is looking at the districts, I have 16+ districts.

Am afraid this 4.5 thing will stay for a while.
