Article 100 says it’s the PMs responsibility to appoint and dismiss ministers. The president appoints the PM and the PM appoints cabinet ministers.

In order for the Prime Minister to dismiss any ministers he has to have the approval of the President. Article 90(e) states "Dismiss ministers, state ministers and deputy ministers on the recommendation of the Prime Minister;"

IF the president agrees with the PM's recommendation, then Article 100(b) which states "Appoint and dismiss members of the Council of Ministers;" can be invoked and the PM can exercise his power since he has the president's approval. Without the approval of the president, the PM cannot exercise his authority to dismiss any minister.

Where does it say that? You’re just making up stuff. The PM appoints and dismisses ministers. The president selects the PM. That’s why it’s important for the president to pick a PM that will do his bidding. But he has no power to stop the PM from choosing ministers. The president can dismiss the PM through parliament. The PM is not a ceremonial role as you make it out to be.

I find it funny how NN supporters have all of a sudden become expert legal scholars and are very fond of the constitution.

The best we can say is the provisional constitution is flawed and has lots of room for interpretation. But the PM is not a ceremonial role and no where does it say the PM needs approval from the president to appoint or dismiss ministers.

This isn't about growing fond of the constitution. This is about not violating the constitution and using the constitution to your advantage. Rooble violated the constitution. Simple. In fact, the Lower House in the Parliament has released a press statement today rejecting Rooble's actions. They stated the individual he has named to replace the Minister of Security was unconstitutional and illegitimate, thus the minister he attempted to remove will continue his job.

I guess you're going to say the Lower House in the Parliament are wrong too to suit your narrative, right?
