They are two of the biggest regions of Somalia and they both have problems with their respective federated states they are part of. I suggest they work together once Mooge is finally defeated and removed from the Villa - they should work to dismantle the 5 enclaves that exists and push for each region that existed pre 1991 to stand alone within a true federal system that has a strong, supreme central government
