Dir is a generous 10. if u put Isak n Dir together they would have to get more seats than both than both Hawiya n Darod. n Isak would have to get the overwhelming majority of those combined seats. tha 4.5 system underrepresents Isak in 2 ways. 1 Isak as equivalent to Hawiya n Darod has to share seats with Dir. 2. Isak barely gets half those seats which actually belong to Dir according to 4.5 system. those wuqoyi rejects in hamar have to pretend to be Dir so they can undermine Somaliland while Isak is undercounted

4.5 system is for y'all ex Italian colony to get a stable government. then hold direct elections where seats depend on votes. when y'all hold direct elections, don't give any seats to Isak. till then remember Somaliland holds direct where real representatives are chosen
