Somaliland government controls more territory, collects more revenue than Somalia

Federal presidents should reign in federal governors. but Somaliland is not a federal province of tha ex Italian colony. just cause I want y'all to reign in ur federal provinces don't mean I believe Somailand is a federal province. Puntland government is doing well financially, they are building roads bridges and buildings, before they couldn't even pay their soldiers and you would hear a mutiny every month.
on the shilling the problem is not only in Puntland most businesses in Somalia use mobile money, otherwise they would've sent the somali shilling to the south, so the solution is printing new money by the federal government.

No I miss the days you ilkayar would use your kind in trying to distabilise Ogaden regions like the garissa laguub incident in the 80s.
