Kismayo is the interim capital and Bu’aale is the official capital of Jubaland & Ogaden. Ogaden does not support Farmaajos tribal milita in any military operations in Gedo region whatsoever. On the other hand The Jubaland administration will have the means to liberate a part of their territory if given the political space to conduct their own affairs.
