You're making it as if selection is election; it isn't. If it was election, I would of course have issues with rigging. Per your own words, the IC are 'tacitly supporting farmajo'; why are you then hoping for or supporting an unrealistic parallel government? The IC doesn’t care about Somalia, they all have their own interests. The worst foreign actors are Qatar and Turkey who are directly supporting farmajos corruption. If the IC cared about the country, they wouldn’t be tacitly supporting farmajos corruption. The IC also benefit from instability in Somalia.

It appears, the hapless Desperados, (midowga madasha to some) have, at last, come to the realization that they have zero chance of unseating Farmaajo through the selection process. So, now, they are, once again, compelled to resort back to one of their favorite methods of extracting themselves from political jam, namely, threats of forming parallel government, or worse yet, inciting bloody 'kacdoon'.
