Ina Diyaano is part of the new vanguard alongside Moalimu. He’s a solider and part of the new talent for NISA as well. It’s time the young men and women take charge. They understand the realities of counterterrorism well. Normally, they would work harmoniously with civilian leadership but Madobe and Deni are such polarizing and antagonistic figures no wonder the average solider doesn’t want to listen to them. Plus no steady pay either. These two are headaches and against the national security reform the country needs.
