If you are surprised by the cooperation of Turkey and the UAE in supporting Abiy Ahmed there is a rapprochement between the two at at the expense of Egypt and the Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, the real ruler, visited Turkey. Saudi Arabia is approaching Qatar and UAE reconciles with Turkey; Egypt expels UAE's envoy. Egypt & Saudi Arabia backing General Burhan in Sudan against Ethiopia. Turkey was backing al Bashir regime and since then is unable to gain ground in Sudan.





Turkey and UAE rapprochement will impact on libya another blow to Egypt after Ethiopia. Somalia is different bc of the west not allowed for Ethiopia, Eritrea, UAE, Qatar and Turkey to destabilize it we havent seen shit yet they just send money but they cant take military actions out of Amisom.

Regarding this geopolitical situation I have to admit these ever changing alliances are getting me very confused to the point my head starts to get dizzy. This shows that only childish folks will believe that regimes such as Turkey's are motivated by principles and ideology. Interests always comes first above everything else

Maybe I'm being an opportunist but maybe Somaliland should look to propose partnership with Egypt against both Turkey and Ethiopia. Unfortunately UAE and Turkey reconciling is good news for Farmajo
