Puntland election chief: Deni left us too broke to buy election material

remember puntland held elections in 3 villages. ufeyn, kardo, n eyl. not enuf funds to hold elections in the other villages of pland. not even enuf for the 3 villages :snoop: election workers couldn't didn't even get to buy water. in that arid environment. niggas were afraid of running out of ballots :blessed: but turnout was so low that didn't happen
