Everything you said is correct but this can't be achieved in one term. We need a systemic continuation of successful policy making to achieve all this since Somalis will fight every future government if they see election delays and nitpicking. Whoever designed the 4 year electoral system clearly did so to slow down any progress since half the time is spent trying to win a reelection. Small steps will be appreciated. SL had the best diplomatic success while farmaajo was in power, the hawiye will twerk for uae/Kenya and isaaq won’t be needed. Hawiye is yes men for everyone, if hawiye is in power in Somalia, isaaq and little SL is irrelevant because Mogadishu will play ball, farmaajo wasn’t willing to play ball and even formed anti western/pro China bloc with xabashi - something that turned American attention to us.
