If HSM focuses on the south and make his priority to focus on fighting alshabab he will not have any problem with Puntland, and since Deni lost the presidency he should also focus on Puntland in the little time left of his term, so I don't think we'll see major conflict.

The current government should make use of their time developing Somalia & defeating Al-Shabab. I am hoping that the central government ends all hostility towards Jubaland state and to its regional president. Fighting Jubaland will bear no fruit as we have the time and the energy to last another 5 years of resistance. The current prime minister is a strong believer of Jubaland state and I want to see him helping his regional state when it comes to the infrastructural & economic development. for 60 years the region has been neglected by all forms of government.
