HSM is not a new president. He has a history of being being anti puntland. Why wait six months when he is telling you exactly what his agenda is which is to concentrate power in the south. as for the constitution oversight committee the lower house also selects 5 members so surely Puntland will be represented there, and also each federal member state send delegates to the committee so Puntland will have a say in the matter.
All in all I'm not going to complain this early, I will wait and see what his admin does in the 1st 6 months.
