HSM is a complete failure as a leader. This guy is running around with a begging bowl, selling Somali resources for khat, while the country is going through droughts and al shabab controls majority of the south. If he had any sense, he wouldn’t be thinking about political battles with member states but focus on getting rid of shabab.

At least with farmajo, he elevated the position of the Somali president and federal government. This dameer is emabarrasing and even worse he has surrounded himself with Moryaans and tuugo who’s only purpose is to steal the countries meagre resources.

It’s safe to say the dameer president hasn’t learned anything from him previous term.

shabab can only be get rid if the underlying reasons of why they exist are addressed, tackled, managed or drastically reduced. That would take herculean efforts, attention, commitments and decades. With the way things & events are moving (snails pace) in Somalia, don't delude yourself with unrealistic rhetoric.

Don't get your hope up folks this is as good as its gonna get for Somalia.

Try to do something to ameliorate the suffering in your local regions. Wells, clinics, schools etc are badly needed.
