Any leadership in puntland will face the same problem, Somaliland is really very capable to raze garowe to the ground. All majeerteen are not ready to take that Risk now. They would rather wait when Somaliland is in weak position. But Somaliland is not getting weaker any time soon. In few years time Somaliland will have the full capabilities to station it's artillery near all puntland cities , airports, ports and highways. Any war they start will be a disaster for them. That's why I don't expect any big conflict in that area. Somaliland won over Sool . How ever Somaliland will definitely Push to eastern sanaag. So I expect major conflicts in this region fueled by the terrorists.
