In line with what has been seen throughout the recent history of of Western Galmudug, from Saaxo next to Goldagob in the north to Gaxandhaale now connecting Balanbale town once more to Ceel Habreed, the pattern of growing Marehan equities or "resurgence" seems impervious to impediment or interruption. The track record is greater share of the equities at every new development. I will show soon what I mean by this using this development today from the peaceful, masterfully organized exercise of the franchise in Balanbale local district elections today---but, first, something needs to be contextualized about this ignorance inspired interest concerning Balanbale by a cohort.
Balanbale town is different to Balanbale the district.
To contextualize this, for example, the town of Gaalkacyo is shared---even militarily contested truthfully---with opposing forces in control of different sections of that town. Along with the town, the district of Gaalkacyo is also bitterly contested with different forces controlling different parts of the disputed territory. There are settlements like Dagaari and Bali Busle dotting all over Gaalkacyo functioning as expressions of the turf warfare and bitter disputes precluding a united Gaalkacyo town or district.
Balanbale town is ironically rather homogenous. No part of town is contested. No section of town is in dispute. No single block of the town is stratified differently to another single block in the town. Even within the Marehan clan, the administration of the town reflects the constituency called "Bah-Hawiye" of/in Marehan; a uterine grouping of the Bah-Hawadle and Bah-Darandoole of Rer Diini of Galmudug turned into a political powersharing system in Balanbale between those two Rer Diini groups and the Ali Dhere and Uurmidig Marehan clans. At least the ones in Galmudug, since the Bah-Hawiye of rer Diini, the Ali Dhere, and the Uurmidig are each, individually, the largest Marehan majority group of Garbaharey, Beled-Hawa, and El-Wak districts of Gedo region; respectively in that order.
In the local elections today, elected D.C of Balanbale was Mr Iraad, a Marehan/Bah-Hawadle/rer Warsame Diini while the post of Deputy D.C was Mr Diini, a Marehan/bah-Darandoole/rer Nuur Diini. Similarly the national representative of Balanbale town in the Federal Parliament who is the only person that can call himself the representative of Balanbale---without reservation or dispute----is the Marehan/bah-Darandoole /rer Kooshin Diini individual you known as "Kulane Jiis."
Balanbale district, however, has a border that is merely a mile an half from Guri-Ceel and between the Guriceel and the Hiiraan border, the north/south highway weaves into the southeastern most corner of Balanbale district before entering Hiiraan. Both in that stretch south of Guri-ceel and in fact immediately west of Guriceel, there are equities implicated in Balanbale "district" belonging to Guri-Ceel that no just solution can ignore.
The district, however, not Balanbale town or settlement.
You are interested in a faux "controversy", as in, manufactured/engineered/created "controversy", because---you are simply ignorant.
You and your strange bedfellows of faux giggles and hollow mirth.
