Tax/ customs revenue, contracts, land, fishing concessions, mining rights, civil servants salaries will all be misappropriated.
I predict that the embezzlement will be so severe that government will cease to function. Soldiers, police, civil servants will all begin taxing the civilians directly.
This will be the first moryaan government.

Please explain how farmaajo loosing is beneficial specially when it comes to hutus? And what can Somalis do other than just watch like Kess said which is true. Exactly! The only problem I have is them having totally control over the international aid and development.Let them "govern".....its their own people who will suffer the most. Alternatively if they practise good governance the hagite masses will be the primary beneficiaries.
What every other Somali should be doing is investing in their home regions.....local development is what's needed.
