- Somalia since 2012 has a provisional charter which say in print the charter terminates upon ratification of a permanent constitution. HSM does not even seem close to bringing this to fruition EVEN THOUGH practically every Somalia analyst has said the presidency in this term is a failure if it does not achieve this goal. We all knew this before the last elections.

The EAC issue is a troll distracting people from the fact HSM aint really doing "nothing."
The future President that actually achieves the requirements for EAC membership does not owe a single credit to HSM simply because he "applied."
No, credit is due whoever "fulfills" the "requirements" for membership in a "serious" bid.
Applying for something whose requirements you clearly have not met is a "gimmick"...a "show".
