Bisinka Cuqdadlowga Sahal Forget Gentlemen Agreement, Hiiraan
I saw a video of a clan I never heard of Afar Makane with a full militia roaming all around Beledweyne. Btw I mean absolutely no offense when I said I never heard of Afar Makane that is more due to my ignorance than their lack of importance. What this does show is that Beledweyne, Hiiraan is very diverse with Gaaljecel, Baadicadde, Sheikhaal, and many other clans.

Hiiraan is indeed highly diverse, and the 1m1v has awoken many clans to play their political role.
Anyway Hiiraan waxa madax u ah Xawadle, and we Hiiraab support our brothers Xawadle leadership in Hiiraan.
As for Ustaad Sahal, he is an man I highly respected and still do, if only he stopped attacking Hawiyes and pleasing mjs in mjspot.
insha'Allahi I pray peace and horumar in Hiiraan and all the Somali regions.

Makane is the Jareerweyne in Hiiraan. They are REER HIIRAAN and they have every right to voice their concerns. Murax, every region is diverse. In other regions, an armed Jareer in the middle of the city might not be tolerated but contraty to popular belief, Xawaadle are accommodating. Makane are respected by us.

Murax, Makane are the beesha Jareerwayne appellation in Beled-Weyne. Makane are known as Reer Barre on the Ethiopian side. Collectively from Ime in Ethiopia to Buulo Mareerta in Lower Shabelle, beesha Jareerwayne goes under these appellations;
Khelaafo to Feerfeer = Reer Barre
Feerfeer to Buulo Burde = Makane
Buulo Burde to Afgooye = Shiidle
Afgooye to Jilib = Reer Shabelle
This branch of Beesha Jareerwayne are separate to the Jubba group who are relatively historically recent from Tanzania. The Shabelle River beesha Jareerwayne are long stock indigenous and they follow upstream the Shabelle extending into a gradient that passes through Abyssinia into the great lakes between southern Sudan and Uganda
The Jubba group are two;
1. Lower Jubba River to Bu'aale - historical Gosha, modern "Mushunguli" (although this is only one tribe among others)
2. Upper Jubba from Luuq-Dollow-Boqolmayo Ethiopia = Gabaabwayn
The two groups collectively known today as beesha Jareerwayne.
P.S. The Shabelle group particularly Shiidle and Makane as well as the Gabaabwayn of Upper Jubba do not all accept the term "Somali Bantu."
P.S.S. The Gabaabwayn of Gedo also do not accept the term "Jareerwayne."

Fun fact the modern town of Beledweyne did not exist before the Italians. The Italian police station that came to be known as Beled Weyne (Big Town) was built on the "shamba" of MAKANE (Makane homestead or Makane farms).
The Makane were under protection status with the BAADICADDE from Feerfeer to Bulo Burte.
On Ethiopian side from Feerfeer to Khelafo they were under protection status with the AJUURAAN.
From Khelafo to Ime, they were under protection status with the KARANLE.
South from Buulo Burte to Mahadaywayn they were under protection status with Mudulood.
From Mahadaywayn to Afgooye to Qoryooley they were under the suzerainty of the GOBROON federated as GELEDI to which they form the "Gibil Madow" section of Geledi today.
