-It is not Hawiye, Darood, Dir
-It is the largest Maay speaking city in a country where both May and Maxa-Tiri have equal status
-It is the spiritual and metaphysical capital of the Reewin people, 1/2 of the great division of the Somali people Reewin and Samale
-It doesn't have a SINGLE grievance from any Somali clan

Darod will never allow Mogadishu becoming legal capital of Somalia ever again. Hawiye will never allow a Darod replacement.

I was under the rationale Hargeisa could be attractive---but that was pre-Las Anod invasion.

I kinda agree even though we need a place mixed with different people. Also, capital need to have Furdo. I suggest Barawe or marka or Ceerigaabo. But with Ceerigaabo snm still occupies it.Barawe and Marka both have Hutus occupying it. Finally, there has to be unity especially amongst other Somalis in this situation. Hawiye aren’t really United in real life but they sure are when they see you.

You need to learn more about Somalia. Reewin are no more my allies than Abkoow and in fact the number #1 single clan that Reewin count the biggest grievance and with which they ever declared war against is my own sub-clan within Darod.

Mogadishu can no longer be considered the capital of Somalia since 1991.
