Please forgive the ignorance of my question lakin say in Gedo for instance. If you're in a particular city, how far would your tol go to protect you? For instance lets say people from another clan etc. were after you or something, or Tigray/Kenyan soldiers were looking for you etc. how far would your clan go to protect you? I know it probably depends on how connected you are. For instance if a Tigray officer came to Beled Xawa looking for an Celidhere, how easily would the Celidere give him up? Or would a Marehan give up another Marehan? I hope my question makes sense.
