Good work compiling such historic pictures, almost two decades without a central government most Somalis have no idea how it feels to have a real government with real leadership respected by all world leaders.

p.s. whats with the black and white?

DS, an university in USA digitized some Somali books and literature from the 70's and 80's and made it available online.

These pictures are from the booklet 'Kacaan' published in 1978 and these pictures were his visits prior to '78
