very well the penguins settled in kismaayo before marexans too.

this is completely insane.

you can estimate the population diversity of a city but a city does not really belong to anyone rather it belongs to everyone, and in the case of kismaayo beesha SADE is by far the majority and the activity of the whole city depends mainly on marexans.

does it matter whether or not two or three harti families lived in kismaayo for 2 generations?? NO that is not a good enough reason to claim a city!!!

Not only did he claimed that his family lived peacefully in lower Jubba but they also lived in Garissa where some of his brothers were born

You can guess that they claimed some OG sub Clan since in NFD you have to claim local sub clan in order to stay and receive papers
