SADE Fitness Program!

Okay We all know that SADE is synamonous with militiary prepardeness and physical fitness. Think Red Berets.


Miminum Physical Requirements for all Beesha SADE in Here

Be able to do 40 perfect pushups
10 Pullups
Run a mile in at least under 7 minutes

Everybody should be working towards that goal and I'll open this thread once a month :idea:

Nabeela, Precious Dyme, Naaima, Shankaroon You are to start Pilates Program immidietely.


Also all Kooshins must PM Me so We can discuss Nutrition
