The fight in Dhoobley tensifies. Will Col Cabaas forgive?

Postby XimanJaale » Fri Aug 12, 2011 1:20 pm

The fight that started between the TFG soldiers in Dhoobley has tensified this morning, with more death tolls. The TFG soldiers backed by Col Cabbaas have captured the 'saldigha booliska ee Dhoobley' were the Raskamboni backed by Ahmed Madoobe soldiers are in the outskirts of Dhoobley.

General Dhumaal who is in Dhoobley with Col Cabaas has ordered all the soldiers to make a ceasfire.
Another resident in Dhobley, who spoke to Somalia Report on condition of anonymity, said the fighting was based on a clan rift between the Marehan and Ogaden clans. The two sides are fighting over who will get to control the Lower and Middle Juba regions, provided they can seize them from militant Islamist group al-Shabaab.

Most of TFG soldiers are Marehan clan, and all Ras Kamboni fighters are Ogaden, so there is a long-standing conflict between the two clans based on the ownership of the two regions” he said, “But they are fighting for what is not in hand, because al-Shabaab is still controlling those regions”.

Somalia report
Will Col Cabaas forgive the Ras Kambooni militia or will he continue to fight them? Thats the question.
Image

Inshallah khair, I hope the Ras Kambooni militia start to fear allah, its not time to claim Azania when the liberation is still underway. Once the places are liberated then all the tribes iin Lower and Upper Juba can sit together and make a strong adminstration, this is what many Marehan politicians said, but the Ogadeens are insecure and are creating a adminstration outside the country. The lions of South Central Somalia ee Beesha Sade should just forgive the traitors and continue liberating Jubooyinka.

Who's Col. Cabaas? I was reading yesterday, a post made by Voltage, saying that Ogadens don't like him, or more politically correct would be, "Azanians".

Is he Reer Dini? Is he a Big-Timer...like a Veteran from the Original SNF?

No, I never heard about Talxe Liberation Front. :| When you say "Fought with Ogadens" do you mean, helping each other or against Ogaden?

He was part in the Talxe Liberation front which was a tribal movement in Jubooyinka. The movement was created during feuds between some Mareexaan sub-clans and Ogadeen. The Talxe who are the majority Mareexaans in Jubooyinka organised a movement to fight against the Ogadeen tribe. The feud started when the greedy Ogadeens looted a Mareexaan xoolo dhaqato in Jubooyinka, the Mareexaans as always seek revenge (kan mareexaan waa xaaqo kugu maqan) and established Talxe liberation front, they started to fight the Ogadeens, then the Ogadeens sii xun baa laga aarsaday, Col Cabaas was one of the people in that movement, he was seen as 'the dilaa' aka the killer, he killed many Ogadeens. Thats why the Ogadeens hate him, they fear him. At this present time in Jubooyinka, we Marexaans defend the Ogadeens from the Gaaljecels and Sheekaals, but these Ogadeens abaal ma galaan, they always become traitors at the end. Places like Sakoow, Diif and Kismaayo we Mareexaans are look upto. I remember during the late 1990's, in Saakoow the Reer Hassan tribe of Mareexaan stopped a feud between the Ogadeens and Raxanweyn. But guees what as usual the Ogadeens abaal ma galaan, they have killed around 5 Mareexaan guys that were injured in Bu'aale.

Do you wonder why the Ogadeens are the most selfish and dumbest tribe within Daroods, the Mareexaans had enough, we are not gonna help them out anymore. They will be treated like we treat shisheeye.

Ximan, waa qof waalan, there was never something called Talxe Liberation in the eighties, the conflict was between talxe and Ogaadeen Nomads fighting in Ceelasha dhoobleey and qooqaani, that is normal in Somali terms, nomads fight water wells in dry season and then they make peace after the rains come. BTW… many of the Talxe have Ogaadeen mothers and one of Cabaas’s wives is Ogaaden, wax walba ayaad iskaga hadleysaa I can’t believe someone like you is coordinating programs in Radio Muqdisho

Talxe Liberation Front did exist, the Ogadeens even used to accuse Siyad Barre of funding it. Nor did the fight occur in Dhoobley but Saakoow and villages surrounding Kismaayo and Badhaadhe.

P.S what does a persons reer abti got to do with this topic, and how do you know that all Talxe have Ogadeen mothers, don't tell me you counted all of them   Maxuu arkay qofTalxe oo hooyadiis ah Ogadeen markaas buu leyahay all the Talxe people their mothers are Ogadeen, war Talxe marry who they want.
