Video: Beled-Xaawo Conference ends Sade soo rogaal celi

Postby Voltage » Mon Mar 12, 2012 11:29 pm

The conference brought together the Ugaas Guud, and all the major traditional leaders of Sade.

You can taste the change in the air. As the elders said, since '91 to now, there has not been a day without gunfire in the Gedo Region...this time is different, we will show the world the potential in this people and region they said

Points made in the topic

-Fighting has to end after the defeat of Shabab
-Golaha Guurti to be foundation of peace-making
-The administration of the region to be announced made in this land by these people
-The Federal State of this land to be announced in this land by these people
-Major reconstruction effort started
-Be a foundation for the rest of Somalia

Shaale Cibaad Bulhan (rer Ahmed) representing the diaspora said we are not going back, I have torn up my passport time to build this land.

The first part of the reconciliation and reconstruction is beginning nicely

p.s. May God Bless Them. Aamiin.

Are you willing to rip your passport to reside in Somalia permanently? If I gain sustenance I sure am.

A Sade guurti is the solution to the problems of Gedo, the driving force behind the unity in Jubbada Hoose and Galgaduud are the Sade Guurti. I have long been saying Sade needs to reestablish its tribal structure, a council of Sade elders is the first step. the council should have higher authority than anything else in order to secure the interest of Beesha Sade in those specific territories. In Northern Sade territory the Sade Guurti holds supreme authority, it can sack ASWJ at will.

Started two weeks. There is a three prong effort designed to make sure Beesha Sade totally moves past the civil war and sets the foundation for success as we have seen in Somaliland (SNM) and Puntland (SSDF).

1. Military unity
2. Political unity
3. Traditional unity

The military is going well and there is total unity now. Just recently men like Mohammud Sayid Addan and Kaliil who were SNF/SRRC were totally outlawed from ever even entering Garbahareey base of SNF (both in political terms as well as military terms with the reer Hassan vs. reer Siyaad lower conflict). Now the Gedo militias are totally united into the Gedo defense forces and even the areas which have been liberated for a year now, there has been total loyalty and cohesion and working relationship.

The traditional unity is what the Beled-Xaawo conference is laying foundation for. Sade has a strong presence of traditional reverence and respect but the shir was never politicized and the Guurti did not get to being part of the political ruling apparatus that could potentially political diffuse conflict. The elders are being united into an actually political institution of Guurti as the first traditional leader speaking said.

The third phase is the political one which will be soon when all of Gedo is freed and which will be the foundation of the Gedo administration and the bedrock of the Jubbaland State administration.
