Alshabaab are the only real obstacle at the moment, we already have a system to replace them once they're fully defeated. As for Buuq/Qeeylo, there will be non because the people are ready for anything other than the oppressive lunatics that control their land now. Jubaland citizens know they sit on the best and most prized land in all of Somalia and will welcome any development initiatives that come their way.

If you take out Kismaayo district

Beesha Sade will get 57% of parliamentary seats
Beesha Absame will get 28% of parliamentary seats
Rest of clans will get 15% of parliamentary seats

Then you bring in Kismaayo and divide it equitably

Beesha Sade will get more than 60%

Part of Kismaayo. Kismaayo is diverse district and its parliamentary seats will obviously have to be divided like Banadir.

dumb cagdheers

You can't even seem to understand that adding kismayo voltage says beesha sade will go from 57% of parliamentary seats to 60%. I don't think Kismayo gave a huge boost to voltage's projections of Jubbaland seats whether he is accurate or not.

Cagdheers are like mukulal, you put a string in front of them and they ignore everything else.

Stop catching emotions son, your insults won't help in the claim that Kismayo is a Marehan city.

You still fail to understand what voltage is implying. He is saying that Kismaayo whether we have it or not does not make a big difference for us as a power base in Jubbaland. Sxb go ahead and take kismayo but know according to voltage's projections beesha absame go from 28-31% of seats. Are you happier now, cuz you still aren't a majority.
